We will notify you if we need more information, and will wait to receive approval prior to running any additional checks.

Yes! Our membership offerings are designed to flex as your life evolves. If you'd like to change the collection access during your membership or add more rotations, you can directly send your request from your account dashboard. You can also email us at concierge@timetation.ch

All applications will be reviewed within one-two business days. If there are any additional requirements, we will reach out to you immediately in an effort to complete the approval process as soon as possible.

We accept all major debit and credit cards (prepaid cards are not accepted). If you elect to use a debit card, we may require a backup credit card to keep on file.

Yes, a deposit is required depending of the watch retail price. The deposit will be captured 2 days before your rental period and refunded once your complete your rental while respecting all Terms & Conditions. In the case that you have not enogh founds on your credit card and the capture failed, we will notify and your booking will be canceld without refund.



If you cancel your membership before the the end date of chosen membership period, your security deposit will not be returned.

There are two ways to rent : Rent short term or subscribe to our membership program.

You will need to submit your application and be validated to get access to our rental service.



SHORT-TERM RENTAL:

1. Find It: Use our filter to find the perfect watch for any occasion.

2. Book It: Select your rental period: 3 days, 7 days, or 14 days and choose a delivery and return date. 

3. Receive It: The watch will be delivered via secure transport to your home, office or hotel by 10 a.m. on your delivery date.

4. Return It: Place the watch in the packaging provided (which includes a pre-paid label). Take the packaging to a post office by 12 p.m. on your rental return date.

 


MEMBERSHIP RENTAL:

1. Choose the duration of your membership: 6 months or 12 months.

2. Choose the number of rotations you want to get during this period. Up to 6 watches.

3. Select the collection you would like to access.

4. Select all watches.

5. Submit your request. 


 

During your membership subscription process, you will print our wrist sizing tool and follow all instructions provided to take a precise measurement. This information will be added to your profile. Future rentals will be sized to your specific wrist size. 

 

We will review your application within 1-2 business days. Upon approval, we will contact you to get started with your first booking and answer any questions you may have.

Yes, most of our collection is available for purchase. However, the purchase option is only available to customers who have already rented a watch. 

No, but you can use your TIME+ you’ve earned towards future purchases.

Yes. we are in relationships with authorized wholesalers and distributors, and can source nearly any new timepiece. Please ask for a quote at concierge@timetation.ch. Please note: TIME+ cannot be used toward the purchase of a watch outside of our Collection.

 

Every timepiece sold by Timetation is covered by a one year warranty from date of purchase, which covers movement defects and labor. Movement damage from excessive wear and tear and physical damage is not covered.

Yes. All timepieces are insured for damage and theft with a deductible. Direct loss is not covered. If you have any questions, you can always contact your Account Manager. FOr more information see our  terms and conditions.



 

1 TIME+ is equal to CHF 1. You will begin earning TIME+ when you do your first rental.

 

As a Timetation member, you are automatically enrolled in the Timetation Rewards Program. By renting your first watch you will start earning TIME+.

Your TIME+ can be used to renew your membership, rent a daily watch, purchase a watch.

You earn TIME+ each time :

- you refer a new member (this member has to be approved and do a first rental)

- you refer a new watch owner (the watch from this owner has to be approved and included in the collection)

- you return a watch on time.

- you return a watch without damage.


 

We ship every package via UPS? insured overnight. The night before your watch is ready to ship, you will receive an address confirmation email from us, to confirm your address for shipment the following day.

Once you confirm the address, we will confirm your shipment is en route, and provide you with the tracking number. All shipments are sent for morning delivery and a signature is required. Included within your package will be a UPS? prepaid box and label, for you to use to ship back to us. Please note, our labels are already prepaid and insured. Please make sure to always use our prepaid labels to ship back to us, and to use a physical UPS? location or Customer Care Center (not a dropbox).


 

During each rotation, we will ask that you ship your timepiece back in advance of getting your next selection. Once all timepieces are returned, we inspect each one to ensure all are in order to deliver to another member. There will be a period of four or five days in between you shipping your current timepiece back and the delivery of your next choice. We will do everything we can to ensure that you have as little time as possible between your timepieces.

 

After your submission our watch specialists will evaluate the visual condition and functionality of your watch. You’ll be notified if we want to add it to our collection.

Our watch specialists value watches based on current physical condition, market prices, and demand.

Yes! Send us a request and if the watch is available for your rental period we’ll happily accommodate the change.

 

Yes. go to « rent your watch » and fill the form adding all your watches. We will analyze and inspect every watch individually.

We ask for a minimal loan of 12 months. You can continue consigning your timepiece beyond the original agreement deadline at the same monthly rate at your discretion.

You can earn profit in two different ways.

Daily Rental:

If your watch has been rented for a daily period you will receive a direct transfer into your bank account at the end of the month for the corresponding rental period.

Membership:

If your watch is selected as part of a membership you will receive the monthly profit into your bank account each month your watch is rented. 

All watches included in our collection are insured. In the event  your watch is lost or stolen, we will refund you the full value originally quoted in your accepted agreement.

Yes, the agreement allows you to choose if your watch can be made available for purchase. We may be interested in acquiring your watch for our collection also.
